4/5 Stars - Great Rooms, Needs Better Maintenance** Just stayed at the DoubleTree Pomona and had a mixed experience. The rooms are definitely the highlight - spacious with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Really appreciated having the extra space after a long day. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and any requests were handled promptly and professionally. However, the property could really benefit from better housekeeping attention. The elevator tracks were visibly dirty, and the floors throughout the common areas need more frequent cleaning. It's clear the housekeeping team is focusing on the guest rooms (which were clean), but the public spaces are being overlooked. Overall, it's a solid choice for the roomy accommodations and great service, but management should invest more in maintaining the common areas to match the quality of everything else.
I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Pomona. The rooms were incredibly spacious, easily accommodating a family of six with the pullout couch. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the generous amount of pillows made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the hideaway fridge and microwave, which were both convenient and cleverly designed. The complimentary cookies and water were a great touch, adding to the warm and welcoming experience. The hotel also features a unique restaurant on the property, which adds to the overall appeal. Lastly, I can’t say enough about the staff—they were professional in every way, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!
I have came to this facility and i have to say, it is quite a nice place. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and welcomes visitors. The facility itself is top knotch for a hotel. Very spacious comfortable room. The bathroom is huge. This place is very handicap friendly. The shower has its own shampoo conditioner and shower gel. The bed is huge and so comfortable. The pillows are like fluffy clouds. The sitting area in the room is spacious with a large flat screen to watch tv on. Also has a safe and coffee maker. The room is exceptionally clean and the maid service seems to be up to standards. The facility is clean. They have breakfast and buffet lunch here. Theres a little convienience store in the lobby. I love this place. Its wonderful. So far very awesome place to be for a close friend of ours who was displaced by a fire.
Great for six people at a bargain rate. The room includes 2 double beds plus a sofa bed can also sleep two. Breakfast is okay but can’t compare to full 5 stars hotel breakfast, but met my expectation. Have a Wendy’s beside as well.
We were scared to rent in Pomona my family thought it was going to be a rough area but this place really rocked our socks and it was fully luxurious beautiful clean and the beds were amazing the parking garage was great everything was a good experience the black man working in the front that's bald he's a great dude hooked us up with free food when he saw we were worried about prices and that food was no cheap breakfast 5 course meal
Stayed here for work. Convenient and good restaurant next door. Service was great - in particular appreciated Collin at the front desk for his hospitality and willingness to answer my questions
Stayed here a week. On site and covered parking were a plus. Restaurant attached for room service but was a little pricey. Room was big enough to accommodate a family of 5. TV and Wi-Fi connection was good. Pool was freezing. Housekeeping left a clean room and fresh towels and linens everyday
Shout out to Ross! Excellent customer service! We last minute booked this hotel for my family and in a rush booked the wrong dates- and Ross quickly settled things out for us. The hotel itself is updated and clean- but there was some loud construction happening on the building. The breakfast buffet had good hot food but all of the bread items were stale and the orange juice is only good if you go earlier on because the ice they leave inside will water it down.
